User Login and Identification
- User Introduction to the main features and benefits of the application before logging in (onboarding).

Additional App Protection
The ability for users to additionally protect the mobile application so that after each minimization or reopening, biometric data confirmation or PIN code entry is required.

Event Calendar
- Viewing Events by Date and Time: residents can see what events are happening on a specific day at a certain time.
- Event Details: clicking on a specific event entry displays detailed information about the event.
News
- Viewing News: residents can see the latest news entries.
- News Details: clicking on a specific news entry displays detailed information about it.
Problem Map
- Displaying Problematic Areas: residents can see problematic areas of the district on the map or in a list.
- Registering Problems: residents can register problems themselves.
- Solution Status: after registering a problem, users can see the problem's resolution status in real-time.
Places of Interest Map
- Places of Interest Map: the ability to create a map of places of interest with place information.
- Object Information: selecting a place of interest provides a detailed description and navigation function from the current location to the object.
- Audio Guides: residents can be provided with audio guides about places of interest, which can be listened to in the mobile application. The audio guide can also be played in the background mode of the application.

Resident Discounts
- Viewing Discounts: residents can see what discounts they receive for their declared place of residence in the district.
- Discount QR Codes: residents can generate a QR code for themselves or their child and present it to business representatives to receive the necessary discount.
- QR Code Scanning: a separate QR code scanning application is created for business representatives.
Surveys
- Organizing Surveys for Residents: the ability to organize surveys on issues relevant to the municipality.
- Types of Surveys: surveys can be of various types - free-form answer, single/multiple choice with the option to add a comment, picture, or external link.
- Survey Links: a link to the survey can also be included in system notifications (push notifications).
Contests
- Organizing Contests: contests for residents to encourage the use of the application or to commemorate city or district celebrations.
- Prize Collection: the winning resident receives a generated QR code for prize collection. A special QR code scanning application is provided for municipal employees.
- Administration Capabilities: the management panel allows the administration of prize-winning probabilities and other contest parameters.
“Tell Us What You Think”
- Submitting Feedback: residents can leave feedback about the mobile application, make suggestions, and report observed issues.
- Forwarding Messages: residents' messages are forwarded to the responsible municipal department via the specified email address.
Children's Accounts and Offline Users
- Activating Children's Accounts: residents can activate accounts for their children and manage them.
- Children's Login: children can log in to the application using their username and password.
- Feature Management: the management panel allows setting which application features will be available to children.
- Access for Unregistered Users: the application can also be used by offline users, i.e., those who have not declared their place of residence in the municipality or district.

- Increased involvement of citizens in the management of public spending: citizens can monitor all stages of participatory budget projects.

- Managing the Home Screen: residents can customize the home screen of the application according to their needs by removing unnecessary features that hinder faster access to the desired information.
System Notifications
- Creating Notifications: notifications can be created for the application and, if necessary, system notifications (push notifications) can be sent using the management panel.
- Notification List: system notifications (push notifications) are also displayed in the list of all notifications.
Integrations and Physical Card Support
- Integration with Other Systems: the application can be integrated with various systems, allowing users to access all necessary information in one place.
- Managing Links: links to other systems are easily managed through the management panel.
- Managing Modules: the management panel allows the administration of mobile application pages and the provision of relevant information to residents.
- Physical Card Support: using the management panel, individual QR codes for residents can be generated, which can be printed on a physical card.
- Benefits of Physical Resident Cards: this feature is intended for residents who, for various reasons, do not want to use the mobile application but still want to receive the benefits of the “Resident Card” by declaring their place of residence in the district or municipality.
